Reportedly, Vijay bought property worth crores of rupees in Sri Lanka on the advice of his wife. But reports that have surfaced claimed that some employers and builders of Sri Lanka are planning to seize that assets in the country. However, Vijay’s team has called the report a false one, and clarified that there is no truth to this report.
Moreover, in 1999, Vijay married Sangeetha, a Srilankan Tamil woman, who settled in London. It is noteworthy that Sangeetha’s father is a famous businessman in London.
