The increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) will result in a 10% increase in fuel prices from January next year, Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP S.M. Marikkar said.
Addressing the media, MP Marikkar pointed out that, however, this has not been included in the government’s Budget 2024.
