A 52-year-old man from Kambikotuwa, Grandpass, was killed during an altercation over a rental dispute on Wednesday, February 26.
According to Police, the victim attacked a man and his wife with a sharp weapon after an argument. The injured man wrested the weapon away and fatally struck the attacker.
The suspect and his wife are receiving treatment at Colombo National Hospital.
