Laugfs Gas PLC has warned the public of attempts by organized criminals to illegally collect cylinders belonging to the company.
Issuing a statement, the company which is a primary gas supplier in Sri Lanka said that legal action has already been initiated against such activities.
Stating that Laugfs Gas cylinders are the property of the company, it said that people do not have the right to collect, sell, distribute or change the appearance of the cylinder without the official approval of Laugfs Gas PLC.
The company further urged the public who have been affected or with information on such illegal activities to inform Laugfs Gas PLC via the hotline 1345. (NewsWire)
