Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced the appointment of 12 members as School Cricket Junior Selection Coordinators for the year 2023.
Issuing a statement, the SLC stated that the appointments have been made in order to continue the island-wide talent search covering school cricketers in the country.
The SLC further stated that the coordinators will work with youth selectors, district and provincial coaches, national coaches, school coaches, and other relevant officials in order to ensure that the most talented youth cricketers (girls and boys from all age groups) are identified and put through the school cricket system to groom them to become future stars.

- Jaliya Jayantha – Western Province North
- Kamal Sujeewa – Western Province South Outer
- Kanishka Perera – Western Province South
- D.M. Jayarathne – Western Province Center
- Y. Nishantha Kumara – Southern Province
- Pujitha Peelipotha – Uva Province
- Indika Hettiarachchi – Eastern Province
- Pasupathi Ganesh Kumara – Central Province
- Keerthi Gunarathne – North Central Province
- Gopikrishnan Gopikrishna – Northern Province
