Local car dealers have announced the recalling of certain vehicles with faulty airbags following the death of a leading Sri Lankan scientist.

Scientist Dr Vimukthi Jayaweera was killed in an accident last week after colliding with a roadblock that was placed in a haphazard manner at Kumbuka in Gonapola, Horana.
