A 3.0 magnitude tremor on the Richter scale has been reported from the Wellawaya, Buttala, and Handapanagala areas today.
The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) stated that no damages had been caused due to the tremor.
The DMC further requested the public in the said areas not to panic as there was no danger due to the minor earth tremor. (NewsWire)
