The Sri Lanka rupee has further appreciated against the US Dollar today in comparison to yesterday (01), according to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
The buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped to Rs. 343.97, while the selling rate has also reduced to Rs. 356.73 today (02).
The Sri Lankan rupee appreciated to a record high against the US Dollar yesterday with the buying rate coming down to Rs.351.72 and the selling rate dropping to Rs.362.95.
At the time, the Central Bank reported that yesterday’s rate was the lowest rupee value against the US Dollar since 04 May 2022. (NewsWire)
