Eight people including Nadun Chinthaka Wickratamaratne alias Harak Kata and Salindu Malshitha Gunaratne alias Kudu Salidu, who are two of the top underworld criminals in the country’s drug trade have been arrested by security authorities in Madagascar, Daily News reported.
