The buying rate of the US Dollar has increased today in comparison to last Friday (10), the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
The buying rate has increased from Rs. 311.62 to Rs. 311.82, while the selling rate has decreased from Rs. 328.90 to Rs. 328.86.
The Sri Lankan rupee has also significantly depreciated against the Sterling Pound, with the selling rate increasing from Rs. 393.49 to Rs. 399.08.
The rupee has also depreciated against a basket of other foreign currencies today. (NewsWire)
