The State Minister of Finance, Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, has provided reassurance that steps are being taken to ensure that salaries, pensions, and benefits, including Samurdhi allowances, of public servants will be paid before 10 April.
This decision was made with consideration for the upcoming Sinhalese and Tamil New Year festival.
The State Minister mentioned that the President has given instructions for measures to be implemented promptly in order to achieve this goal. (NewsWire)
