A delegation consisting of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) and United National Party (UNP) members is currently on a visit to China.
SLPP member Milinda Rajapaksa stated that the delegation is in China on an invitation extended by the Communist Party of China (CPC).
He further said that the delegation consists of 10 SLPPers led by State Minister DV Chanaka, and 5 UNPers led by the President’s Senior Advisor Ruwan Wijewardane.
“We are learning about poverty alleviation, rural development, Public Private engagement, and the CPC,” Rajapaksa added. (NewsWire)
