Minister of Public Security Tiran Alles today acknowledged that the State Intelligence Service has informed him of a possible threat to his life.
The Minister said that as the Minister of Public Security, it is his duty to conduct programmes to curtail the drug and underworld menace in the country.
“Therefore, there will be threats against me. We should know how to safeguard ourselves and continue our work,” he said.
Minister Tiran Alles emphasized that he will not take a step back just because of threats to his life, adding, “If at all I will take another step forward.”
