The Sri Lankan Rupee continues to strengthen after having appreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (June 01).
In comparison to yesterday, at Peoples Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 286.12 to Rs. 282.22, while the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 301.50 to Rs. 297.40.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 285.81 to Rs. 283.07 and from Rs. 298 to Rs. 296, respectively.
As per Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 289 to Rs. 284, while the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 301 to Rs. 296. (NewsWire)
