The bodies of two individuals believed to have died in suspicious manners have been recovered from two separate areas in Sri Lanka.
The Police stated that one body had been recovered from a forest area close to the Kapukanda Community Hall in the Sooriyakanda area in Ratnapura yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as a 36-year-old resident of Kolonna, while the cause of death is yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, the unidentified body of a woman was recovered in the sea area near the Galle Fort.
The deceased is assumed to be between the ages of 35-40, while the body has been placed at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital. (NewsWire)
