The Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly depreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (June 01).
The rupee which continued to strengthen over the last week has depreciated slightly in comparison to yesterday.
Accordingly, at Peoples Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 282.22 to Rs. 285.14, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 297.40 to Rs. 300.48.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 283.07 to Rs. 285.81 and from Rs. 296 to Rs. 300, respectively.
As per Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has also increased from Rs. 284 to Rs. 286, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 296 to Rs. 298. (NewsWire)
