Three-wheeler fares will not be revised until fares are specifically regulated through a regulatory authority, the Three-wheeler Owners Association stated.
According to Ada Derana, the Association pointed out that three-wheeler fares cannot be raised or lowered in view of the monthly revision of fuel prices.
The remarks come after fuel prices were revised with effect from midnight yesterday (July 31).
92 Octane Petrol was increased by Rs. 20 to Rs. 348 and 95 Octane Petrol was increased by Rs. 10 to Rs. 375.
Meanwhile, Auto Diesel was reduced by Rs. 2 to Rs. 306 and Super Diesel was increased by Rs.12 to Rs. 358. (NewsWire)
