The Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly appreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (August 09) compared to yesterday.
At Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 313. 37 to Rs. 312. 39 and from Rs. 328.78 to Rs. 327.76, respectively.
According to Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 313.51 to Rs.310.77, while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 328 to Rs. 326.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 316 to Rs. 315 and from Rs. 328 to Rs.327, respectively. (NewsWire)
