The Sri Lankan Rupee remains steady against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Aug. 25) compared to yesterday.
At Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 315.56 and Rs. 330.38, respectively.
According to Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 315. 70 to Rs. 314.73 and the selling rate remains unchanged at Rs. 328.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 317 and Rs. 328, respectively.
Meanwhile, according to the Central Bank’s official exchange rates for today (Aug.25), the Sri Lankan Rupee remains steady against the US Dollar compared to yesterday.
The buying rate of the US Dollar is Rs. 317.80 and the selling rate is Rs. 329.63. (NewsWire)
