The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka has issued a important advisory for those considering participation for the Diversity Visa (DV) Program for the year 2025.
Taking to X, the embassy emphasized a fundamental aspect of the program—there is no fee to enter the DV Program. It strongly cautions individuals against engaging with any individual or service that asks for payment, asserting that such claims of enhancing selection chances are misleading.
