Another Sri Lankan woman has been reported missing amidst the ongoing violence between Israel and Palestine.
According to the Sri Lankan Embassy in Israel, one Sri Lankan has been injured and two others are reported missing so far.
At least 28 foreign nationals, 12 Thais, 10 Nepalese, 04 Americans, and 02 Ukrainians, have been killed in the violence thus far.
The news agency AFP reported that Israeli air strikes and artillery shelling struck more than 500 targets belonging to the Hamas and Islamic Jihad militant groups in the Gaza Strip overnight.
The death toll in Israel and Gaza has already soared above 1,100 and more deaths are expected in the war.
Another 1,990 people have been wounded since fighting began on Saturday (October 7), according to the Gaza Hamas-controlled health ministry.
The fierce battle with Israel started after the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas fired thousands of rockets into Israel in a surprise dawn assault. (NewsWire)
