A low-pressure area has formed over the southwest and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal in the morning of today, the 20th October, 2023. It is likely to intensify further into a depression over west central Bay of Bengal around 23rd October.
Wind speed will be (40-45) kmph and can increase up to (50-55) kmph in sea areas between (10N- 14 N) and between (84E – 90E).
Heavy showers or thundershowers and very rough or rough seas can also be expected in above sea areas.
