An 11-year-old boy has died after being attacked by a crocodile in Kaduwela yesterday (Jan 16).
According to new reports, the boy had been bathing in the Kelaniya River with his sibling and grandmother at the time of the incident.
The deceased has been identified as a resident of Welivita in Kaduwela.
A combined search operation has been launched by the Police, Navy, and area residents to find the body of the boy. (NewsWire)
