The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Jan 18), compared to Wednesday.
At Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 315.79 to Rs. 315.54 and from Rs. 326.79 to Rs. 326.54, respectively.
According to Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 315.42 to Rs. 314.92, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 325.50 to Rs. 325.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 317 and Rs. 326, respectively. (NewsWire)
