Deshabandu Tennakoon has been appointed as the 36th Inspector General of Sri Lanka Police (IGP). “President Ranil Wickremesinghe has appointed Deshabandu Tennakoon as the IGP in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution” PMD said. 2024-02-26
