The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has added one more entity to the list of entities/ applications prohibited for their involvement in pyramid schemes.
Issuing a notice, the Central Bank said that Windex Trading has been added to the list of nine (09) banned entities.
The CBSL further warned that participating in pyramid schemes was a punishable offence in Sri Lanka.
The entities announced today are in addition to the nine entities that were banned in August last year. (Newswire)
