Laugfs Gas PLC has announced a reduction in the prices of its domestic LP gas cylinders.
According to the company, the price reduction is effective from midnight today (May 03).
The revised prices of Laugfs Gas PLC are as follows:
- 12.5kg cylinder
Reduced by – Rs.275
New price – Rs.3,840
- 5kg cylinder
Reduced by – Rs.110
New price – Rs.1,542
The price reduction has been announced following the price revision by Sri Lanka’s primary gas dealer Litro Gas Lanka, which also announced a price reduction effective from midnight today.
The revised prices of Litro Gas Lanka are as follows;
- 12.5kg cylinder
Reduced by – Rs. 175
New price – Rs. 3,940
- 5kg cylinder
Reduced by – Rs. 70
New price – Rs. 1,582
- 2.3kg cylinder
Reduced by – Rs. 32
New price – Rs. 740
As per the latest price revisions, the price of a 12.5kg Laugfs Gas cylinder is lesser in price than that of Litro Gas Lanka. (Newswire)
