Three persons, including two Police officers, have been apprehended for soliciting a bribe of Rs. 200,000.
The arrested Police officers are a Constable and a Sergeant attached to the Kottawa Police Station.
Officials from the Bribery Commission apprehended the suspects while attempting to receive the bribe.
The Bribery Commission has launched investigations into the matter, while the arrested Police officers will be produced in court. (Newswire)
