A 39-year-old man was fatally shot by two unidentified gunmen in Kalutara on Monday evening. According to Police, the victim, a resident of Kalamulla, Kalutara, was killed using a T-56 firearm.
The eight-year-old daughter of the victim had also been injured in the incident and admitted to the Nagoda Hospital for treatment.
The suspects who fled the scene on a motorbike are yet to be identified, while Kalutara Police are conducting further investigations into the incident. (Newswire)
