All schools in Ratnapura Educational Zone and in Elapatha, Ayagama, Kalawana education divisions in the Nivithigala education zone will be closed tomorrow (05) due to extreme weather conditions, the Sabaragamuwa Province Education office said.
Secretary of the Sabaragamuwa Province Education Office said that the reopening of schools will be decided based on the weather conditions over the next few days.
Meanwhile, schools in areas where flood waters have receded in the Western Province were directed to open tomorrow, by the Western Province Governor. (Newswire)
