The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated slightly against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (June 18) compared to last week.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 297.50 to Rs. 297.75 and from Rs. 307 to Rs. 307.25, respectively.
At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 296.85 to Rs. 297.15 and the selling rate has increased from Rs. 307.85 to Rs. 308.15.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 298.36 to Rs. 298.56 and from Rs. 308.47 to Rs. 308.67, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 297.58 to Rs. 297.82, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 307.75 to Rs. 308.
Meanwhile, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 299 to Rs. 299.50 and from Rs. 308 to Rs. 308.50, respectively. (Newswire)
