A minor tremor was reported 23 kilometres from Vavuniya on Tuesday, the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau said.
According to the Bureau, the minor tremor has been measured at a magnitude of 2.3 on the Richter Scale.
The Bureau further said that it had been recorded around 11.00 pm on Tuesday. (Newswire)
