The Sri Lankan Rupee remains steady against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Aug 02) compared to Thursday.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 296.50 and Rs. 306, respectively.
At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 295.50 to Rs. 298.40, while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 306.50 to Rs. 306.40.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 296.89 and Rs. 307.54, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 296.69 to Rs. 296.43, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 306.50 to Rs. 306.25.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 298 to Rs. 297.50 and from Rs. 307 to Rs. 306.50, respectively. (Newswire)
