The Election Commission said that those yet to receive their polling cards can make inquiries from the post offices relevant to their voter registration, today (Sep 18), tomorrow (Sep 19), and Friday (Sep 20).

The Election Commission further said that those who are yet to receive their polling cards can obtain them from the relevant post offices by showing their registered identification.

The public can also obtain their polling cards via the online system introduced by the Election Commission, through the website https://eservices.elections.gov.lk

As per the Election Commission, any registered voter whose name appears in the 2024 voter registration list, with a valid identification card will be able to cast their vote at their designated polling center, as the official polling card is not mandatory to cast a vote. (Newswire)
