The selling rate of the US Dollar has dropped below the Rs. 300 rate for the first time since 08 June 2023.
Accordingly, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka has recorded today’s selling rate of the US Dollar at Rs.299.35, a drop from yesterday’s rate of Rs. Rs. 301.05.
The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated against the US Dollar compared to yesterday, with the buying rate also reducing from Rs. 292 to Rs.290.30. (Newswire)
