The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Oct 28), compared to last week.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 289.35 to Rs. 289.25 and from Rs. 296.85 to Rs. 296.75, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 289.75 to Rs. 289.50, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 299.90 to Rs. 299.50.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 287.77 to Rs. 287.75, while the selling rate is unchanged at Rs. 297.50.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates are unchanged at Rs. 289 and Rs. 298, respectively. (Newswire)
