The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Dec 19), compared to Wednesday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 287.20 and Rs. 294.20, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 287.20 to Rs. 288.80 and the selling rate from Rs. 297.20 to Rs. 298.80.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 285.15 to Rs. 286.64 while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 295 to Rs. 296.50.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates increased from Rs. 287.25 to Rs. 288.50 and from Rs. 295.25 to Rs. 296.50, respectively. (Newswire)
