A 67-year-old woman has tragically died after being attacked by a crocodile in the Ulukkulama area near Pawakkulama.
The incident occurred yesterday (21) morning, according to police reports.
The victim, a resident of Suduwendrapilaw in Pudukuduirippu, was herding cattle when the crocodile attacked her from a nearby canal.
