Police arrested three individuals on Monday (23) for illegally excavating artefacts in the Angala Oya area of Girandurukotte.
The arrests followed a raid conducted based on a tip-off received by the Girandurukotte Police.
The suspects, aged 29 to 38, are residents of Girandurukotte. Further investigations are underway. (Newswire)
