An elephant participating in a religious procession at a temple in the Dodanduwa area of Galle went berserk earlier today (28), creating a tense situation.
According to reports, the agitated elephant attacked one of the participants of the procession, causing injuries.
Hikkaduwa Police stated that the injured individual has been admitted to the Hospital for treatment.
