A 37-year-old man has been arrested with 4.3 kilos of crystal methamphetamine (ICE) in the Nawagamuwa area yesterday.
The stock of heroin was found when officials from the Nawagamuwa Police had inspected a three-wheeler in the Korathota area based on a tip-off.
During the inspection, the Police found 4.3 kilos of ICE, 792 grams of heroin, and Rs. 120,000 in cash suspected to have been used for drug peddling.
The arrested man is a 37-year-old resident of Korathota in Nawagamuwa. (Newswire)
