During the unannounced inspection tour, which was conducted without media accompaniment, passengers have reportedly raised concerns over frequent train delays, malfunctioning electric fans, challenges faced by people with disabilities in boarding trains, unsanitary conditions along tracks and at stations, and the continued use of outdated trains that pose safety risks.
