It is Sri Lanka’s highest-ever score at the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup, surpassing the total of 162 posted in their win over Malaysia in their Group A opener.
In reply, the Windies lost wickets on a consistent basis with left-arm spinner Chamudi Praboda doing the damage at the top of the order.
Sri Lanka end their Group A campaign against India on Thursday, while West Indies face a crunch encounter with hosts Malaysia as they aim to finish in the top three and reach the Super 6.
