The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Jan 23) compared to Wednesday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 293.25 and Rs. 301.25, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 293.50 to Rs. 295 and the selling rate from Rs. 303.50 to Rs. 305.
Peoples Bank reports the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.48 to Rs. 293.21 and from Rs. 302.97 to Rs.303.73, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 292.47 to Rs. 293.21 and the selling rate from Rs. 302 to Rs. 302.75.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 293.75 to Rs. 295 and from Rs. 301.75 to Rs. 303, respectively. (Newswire)
