The Sri Lankan Rupee has largely appreciated against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Jan 27) compared to last week.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 294.25 and Rs. 302.25, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 294.75 to Rs. 294.25 and the selling rate from Rs. 304.75 to Rs. 304.25.
Peoples Bank reports the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.48 to Rs. 292.97 and from Rs. 302.97 to Rs. 303.48, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 292.95 to Rs. 292.46 and the selling rate from Rs. 302.50 to Rs. 302.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 294.75 to Rs. 294.25 and from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 302.25, respectively. (Newswire)
