Trainees are exposed to critical business areas including Insurance, Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI), Investment, and JXG’s shared services units, including HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Administration, and IT over an intensive 18-month journey. This 360-degree exposure ensures trainees develop a holistic understanding of the business and equips them to solve problems from a broad, strategic perspective. It is a unique learning environment that empowers trainees to lead with both vision and practical expertise, building well-rounded leaders capable of adapting, growing, and thriving as functional experts.
