A new train service named “Ella Odyssey Nanu Oya” will commence today (10), operating from Nanu Oya to Badulla railway station.
According to General Manager of Railways, Dhammika Jayasundara, the new train service has been introduced due to the high demand from both local and foreign tourists.
This train will operate daily except on Tuesdays, departing Nanu Oya at 8:10 AM and reaching Badulla. The return journey will commence from Badulla at 1:00 PM, heading back to Nanu Oya, the General Manager stated.
