President Anura Kumara Dissanayake departed on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) today (Feb. 10) at the invitation of UAE President Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
During his visit, which runs until Feb. 13, he will address the ‘World Government Summit 2025’ in Dubai and hold bilateral talks with President Al Nahyan, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He is also scheduled to meet UAE Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and engage with several Heads of State and Governments attending the summit.
Additionally, the President will meet CEOs from leading global companies in IT, AI, energy, tourism, finance, and media to attract investments to Sri Lanka. (Newswire)
