One person has died, and two others have been injured and hospitalized following a clash between two groups in Kambikotuwa, Grandpass.
Police said the altercation escalated into violence, resulting in the fatality and injuries. The injured individuals have been admitted to the National Hospital in Colombo for treatment.
Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the incident and identify those responsible.
