The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar in commercial banks today (Jan 20), compared to last week.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 291.75 to Rs. 292.25 and from Rs. 299.75 to Rs. 300.25, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 292.75 and the selling rate at Rs. 302.75.
Peoples Bank reports the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 291.49 and Rs. 301.95, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 290.43 to Rs. 290.94 and the selling rate from Rs. 300.25 to Rs. 300.50.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 292.25 to Rs. 292.50 and from Rs. 300.25 to Rs. 300.50, respectively. (Newswire)
